What "Sunsetting" Means for Deltek Vision:
🔹Moving to sustaining support: Deltek Vision will transition to "sustaining support" in 2026, meaning it will no longer receive new features or active development.
🔹Limited updates: It will receive a final year-end update in January 2026, and then support will be limited to maintaining the existing system.
🔹Upgrade is necessary: Because of this transition, Deltek encourages its users to proactively upgrade to Vantagepoint to avoid future issues and ensure continued access to support and new features.
Things to Know About Deltek Vantagepoint:
🔸The successor to Vision: Deltek Vantagepoint is the newly branded, next-generation version of Vision, built specifically for professional services firms.
🔸Designed for an upgrade: Vantagepoint was built with Vision as the foundation, meaning user-defined content and configurations can be brought over during the upgrade.
🔸Same architecture: The database structure and reporting platform are the same as in Vision, which was built using SQL Server Reporting Services
